 Hello There.  We are joining the Dark Side, but holding fast to the High Ground.  Or, Highland Ground around here.  Our path to the dark side starts with our Strong Scottish Ale.  Malt forward, yet smooth and bright with a hint of caramel apple.  Think hunting lodges and fireplaces and kilts.
